Comments about Primus EtaPower EF Trail Stove:

This stove is amazing! It ignites instantly, even @ 12,000 ft plus altitude and adjusts from an extremely low flame, to a roar, with ease. I've never boiled water this fast and with such an efficient fuel comsumption before. Plus, the insulted case actually works; at ~40 degrees f, our rice pilaf was still warm after we cooked our trout. The set came with a 2.1 pot and I purchased a 1.7 to nest inside. Great stove- Great stable design.

Comments about Primus EtaPower EF Trail Stove:

I like this stove a lot. Prior to this I had the Jetboil GCS. That was a decent stove, but I had a few problems with it. [...] This stove is about the same size as the Jetboil GCS. The stove is simple to set up and use. It seems to be more efficient and also boils water faster. Probably due to the built-in windscreen. The pan has a non-stick coating which is nice for now, but I worry about its longevity. The set comes with a felt-like liner to protect the non-stick surface so you can pack the parts inside the pan without fear of scratching it. It works, but you still need to be carefull with how things are placed. Would like to see something that offers better protection like a platic bowl that nests inside the pan but I haven't found that yet. I like the metal lid versus Jetboils flexible plastic lid which was hard to secure to the top of the pan. All in all, a very good product.
