Comments about Stohlquist Nemo PFD - Kids':
I bought these for my twins. We tried out several different brands including the MTIs (nice but neck flap very large) and Mustang Survival (padding was so thick in the front and so close to the neck the kids could not move- horrible). We got the Stohlquist Nemo jacket - fabulous fit, zipper stops mid chest, neck fit wounderful. My only concern was the blue color, not great for open water or night, [...]. So happy!

Comments about Stohlquist Nemo PFD - Kids':
Our family spends a lot of time at the Colorado River and boating in general. Our 1 1/2 year old hated her life jacket until we got her this one. It is very lightweight, not too tall so she could move around easily, sit down and play in shallow water without having her jacket ride up and squeeze her cheeks, AND the low VEE in the front is perfect for the young toddler. By the time she turned two, she figured out how to swim and maneuver herself in the water. WE LOVE IT.

Comments about Stohlquist Nemo PFD - Kids':
I'm sending this PFD back. I have an almost 3 year old and need a PFD for summering at our cottage on a lake. This is a nice looking and seemingly comfortable PFD, BUT my son can get out of it because he can unzip it. I'm not sure what value a PFD for toddlers is if they can simply unzip it and take it off. This PFD needs a buckle or two so a toddler cannot unzip and remove it.

Comments about Stohlquist Nemo PFD - Kids':
Adequate life vest, but doesn't have a chest strap (only the between the legs strap), so fear that child could unzip the life vest. With a chest strap, that would be prevented. All other things look great and work great on the life vest.
