I really wanted this to work. I love Timbuk2, but even they can get it wrong sometimes.
Great features for my laptop, snug fit, great protection from the elements.

They forgot about the person who carries the laptop. The pack is very boxy and awkward.

My chiropractor suggested I stop using the bag. I went to see him complaining of pain in BOTH shoulders and both arms tingling. Not the best design and could prove painful for a small framed woman. I'm 5'1" and the straps were way too wide.
