Comments about Ahnu Tilden II Water Sandals - Women's:
I absolutely love these shoes. In addition to being cute (I have blade) these are really comfortable. I tried them out without socks around the house and they felt great. Then I walked the dog and they still feel great. No soreness or rubbing. I think I will be wearing these from now on. Just add socks for cooler weather. The toe bed is not as wide as the Keen Venice & Newport, so I think they fit my foot better. I tried on both brands at the store and the Ahnus are definitely a better fit (and more importantly more stylish). The only minor complaint is that the strap to tighten is a little long, but I solved that by tucking it in. I may even be wearing these shoes to bed!!

This are the most comfortable and great looking shoe that I have owned. I get many compliments on them. They are much more stylish than any Keen casual shoe. I love them and I'm seriously considering getting another pair.

Got sand, water, rock? Then these might be the best shoe ever.
I have such a hard time finding shoes that are comfortable for my narrow-ish feet. These are SO perfect. I've been wearing my loveable Columbia Nevis Sandal's every summer and will add these to my line-up of summer's greatest footwear.
The Ahnu Tilden Sandal offer a little more options: arch support, soft heel bed (for my plantars facitis), comfortable for a quick trail hike, no noise walking (unlike flip-flops). I agree that they are sized accuratly in length.

Comments about Ahnu Tilden II Water Sandals - Women's:
I bought these sandals about a year ago and love them. Not as wide and clunky as Keens and no chafing as with my old Tevas. These are the most comfortable sandals I've ever owned and they are quite cute and stylish to boot! I wear them for light hiking, travel and at work. I've never had any issues with rubbing or blisters even with extended hiking. They breathe well, so your feet stay dry. The only drawback I've found is that sand and bits of gravel do tend to get stuck inside the shoe, so flip slops might still be the best choice for the beach.

Comments about Ahnu Tilden II Water Sandals - Women's:
One of the lightest and most comfortable sports sandals I have owned. I traveled across South America with these for 5 months, and they came in very handy for moderate hiking (great in water, but not so much in sand and gravel, as they get trapped under your feet, and you will have to keep emptying them out), general walking and traveling. They wash and dry easily. In colder weather, I just put on a layer of socks and the adjustable straps allow you to loosen the fit to accommodate the socks comfortably.

So wanted these for a trip to Greece/Turkey but the side strap cut right under the outer, ankle bone! If you don't have this problem, I'm glad because Keens are W-A-Y too W-I-D-E in every aspect, and Tevas are just plain clumsy.

Comments about Ahnu Tilden II Water Sandals - Women's:
I broke my ankle 6 months ago and am still limping. My foot didn't feel secure in any sandal, crocs and certainly no more flip flops. I bought these Ahnu sandals sight unseen via the internet and hoped for the best. Boy did I get lucky! they give my foot just the right amount of support to walk on unstable ground, long distances, steps and hiking. All while carrying my 1 year old and holding my 3 year old's hand. These sandals may just border on miraculous for me. They fit perfectly from the first minute, never needed breaking in. They seem to be quite rugged and will last a long time (I hope). They clean up easily and quickly too, and they don't smell. also my feet don't seem to sweat (I don't know how they do that, my feet always sweat!) I'm saving up for another pair, for winter.

Bought these for summer wear and kept wearing them all winter whenever it was dry! I have a damaged spine and am 66 years old. I can go longer, further in these than any other shoes I have ever owned. Going to buy another pair of this brand only more "dressy."

Even though they're pricey...these shoes are well worth it. I bought them for my Costa Rican trip and I used them everywhere. While climbing, hiking, rappelling and at the beach. I bought the green/black ones and they still look like brand new. I feet felt well supported. One minor problem I had with this shoe..is that the clasp broke (the section you grab to loosen it) but the clasp remained intact. Im gonna see if I can get that part replaced. Regardless of this minor problem...I still love my shoes.

Comments about Ahnu Tilden II Water Sandals - Women's:
I just bought these to wear during a week of chasing airplanes (and my 8-year-old niece) at the Experimental Aircraft Assoc. annual convention - walking, running, and bicycling (with toe clips) on multiple surfaces dry and wet. I was concerned about chafing/blistering and stability, but the shoes and my feet did GREAT. I carried a pair of socks, but never needed them. I can't wait to try them hiking.
