Comments about Novara Lifeline Full-Finger Bike Gloves - Men's:
These gloves really do the trick. I use them everytime I ride my bike just for comfort's sake, but they have helped with the cold and heat many times. They do not get hot in the sun and keep your hands responsive in very cold winds. I would recommend buying the size just below what the sizing chart may say if you want a very tight fitting, second-skin glove. Otherwise there will be some amount of play which could get in the way.

They had a "bulky" fit and the stitching unraveled at one of the seams within a couple of weeks of us Save yourself a return and buy the Pearl Izumi equivalent instead.

Comments about Novara Lifeline Full-Finger Bike Gloves - Men's:
I have had these for about a year and use them for cool weather commuting--about 40-60 degrees. I commute to work by bike 20 miles round trip, 5 days a week. There is not much padding in them, but I don't mind that much. What I like most about them is that they fit so well I can easily use my hands and fingers without taking my gloves off. They remind me of mechanic's gloves. I use fingerless cycling gloves or weightlifting gloves in the summer and ski gloves on cold winter days, but these are great for in-between temperatures in the spring and fall.

Comments about Novara Lifeline Full-Finger Bike Gloves - Men's:
Great fitting, comfortable glove. I definitely prefer full finger gloves for mountain biking and this one fits the bill wonderfully for the hot to warm months. They tend to wear out after a good season of riding but I think that's to be expected. I've gone through several different brands of mtn. bike gloves in the past and have finally found the one I'm sticking with.

Comments about Novara Lifeline Full-Finger Bike Gloves - Men's:
I've used this glove for riding on the wasatch front for about a year. They've seen some cross country, downhill, dirt jumping, a little of everything. It breaths well and has held up to the abuse for me. Full finger gloves are much better in a fall. I like that these gloves are plain black without a lot of gimicky fabric sewn on like a lot of other gloves. I highly recommend them.

Comments about Novara Lifeline Full-Finger Bike Gloves - Men's:
I bought these gloves for use during the colder Fall/Spring days and in Winter. In cold conditions, they're pretty good, but once the stretchy, breathable backing gets wet, I might as well be riding barehanded. They're very lightly padded, but I personally like having that degree of sensitivity. There's a nice, big strip of terry cloth along the outer side of the thumb running up to the wrist, which I really appreciate.
It'd be the perfect cold weather glove, if it were resistant to the rain.

I use these gloves about 3 months out of year when temp falls below 60. Blocks wind and keeps hands warm, decent padding, good construction... would recommend...

Comments about Novara Lifeline Full-Finger Bike Gloves - Men's:
REI may need to better define what they mean by, "Cool" and "Cold." These gloves aren't good for much below about 50 degrees.
Construction quality seems good on my pair of gloves and they are holding up well.
These are fairly lightly padded which allows for good dexterity, I don't need to take my gloves off to work my bike lock or fish something out of my pack.

Comments about Novara Lifeline Full-Finger Bike Gloves - Men's:
The finger tips lasted longer than other gloves, but every portion of fabric touching my grips was shredded and/or ripped after 6 months of use. A better quality fabric is in order here.

I use these for XC recreational rides and during races. They make me feel confident with grip and handling and they don't get in the way. I've ate it on numerous occasions wearing these gloves and they've kept the trail rash to a minimum. Good stuff, make sure they fit you well.
