Comments about Planet Bike Lunar Levers with Patch Kit:
I'm not sure why there are negative reviews for this item. These are the best designed tire levers I have used while on my road bike. I have the real thin 700C tires on my road bike and they are always a tight fit around my rims and they were difficult to get loose to access the tubes. They were difficult until I got these levers. The small, curved ends are perfect and get the tire off and back over the edge of my rim in a matter of seconds with minimal effort. I haven't had an issue with the patches. I used one of the patches on my rear tube while on a ride and that was three weeks ago, and the tube is still holding pressure like it was never damaged. These are the best levers I have owned. Good stuff.

Comments about Planet Bike Lunar Levers with Patch Kit:
I bought these levers because they are compact and have a clever design that works well for their intended purpose.
The patches stored inside I consider a bonus. I never have had trouble with these self adhesive patches that are also sold separately.

Comments about Planet Bike Lunar Levers with Patch Kit:
The container is compact and easy to store, but don't count on using the patches in the kit. The levers work but the patches don't stick to tubes. You could replace the patches, but then why buy the kit. The kit is cheap enough not to go through the hassle of trying to return it.

Comments about Planet Bike Lunar Levers with Patch Kit:
I bought this kit thinking it would be small and handy to carry with me. One week after I purchased it, I used it on a flat. I was able to easily remove the tire, the problem started when I tried to use the patch. There are no instructions, but they would not have helped. The patch broke open over the hole. I have never had a patch do that before. I am sticking with my other patch kit.

Comments about Planet Bike Lunar Levers with Patch Kit:
I saw this at REI and immediately picked it up to replace my other levers with separate tiny box for the patch and cement. I've had it for many months. Really easy to carry around.
Well, that's the best thing about it. I got my first flat in a year this morning. I confidently patched it up, and started to put the tube back in. Then I noticed that the patch was cracking! Brand new and it's cracking. I went through all three patches trying to get to a bike shop. Had to walk the last mile.
These patches are useless. I'll be sticking with cement patches from now on.

Comments about Planet Bike Lunar Levers with Patch Kit:
I have the Mavic OPEN 4 CD wheels and Vittoria Zaffiro Tire - 700 x 23c. As you can imagine, this an near impossible combination and well, it sucks trying to get the tire on. These levers are the thinnest and strongest I have found. The only one no to bend or snap getting my tires on and off. I have destroyed Pedros, Navaro, Park and Topeak levers after a couple tire changes. The Planet Bike Lunar levers have marks on them at most. And they come with a patch kit(saved me several times now). With these levers, I can fix a flat just as fast as my mountain bike tires! For the price, can you afford not to try them??
Where's the 'hell yes!' option for friend recommendation? Heck I'd recommend these to my worst enemy!
