These boots are comfortable and well made. They are rated for -25° but your toes will NOT be warm in these boots at that temperature. If you're going to wear them in temps below 32°, wear thick socks and don't stay outside for more than a couple hours.

My only complaint about this boot is that it did not keep my feet as warm as I need them when standing on ice or snow for over an hour. I suggest you purchase a half size larger so that you can wear with hick socks. These boots are very comfortable and great for walking distances.

I wore the boots right out of the box for a 10 mile hike in Sequoia National Park. They kept my feet warm and dry. I was able to transition from boot to boot/snowshoe combo without issue. Five Star product for sure!

I wear my Sorel's almost everyday. We have a lot of snow right now so they help keep my feet WARM.
They are probably the most COMFORTABLE winter boots that I have owned.

I can't decide if I'm going to keep these boots or not. I'd heard such great things about Sorel boots, so I wanted to give them a try...but I'm just not sold on them yet. They are not super comfortable, feel kind of bulky and almost look like guy boots because of the color and fit. I'm trying to decide if I want to look around for a pair that is a bit more comfortable. Size wise, I am between an 8.5 and a 9 and I went with the correct choice when choosing a 9. They fit fine with normal socks, and I could probably get away with wearing thicker socks like I prefer with boots. These don't have the cushion of other boots that I own, so I can't decide if they will rub too much. We'll see!

I work on a school playground and it gets pretty cold out there in January. I bought these to keep my feet warm and they've done a pretty good job, but when it gets into the single digits my toes feel like icicles after about an hour and a half out there.

These boots are very comfortable. They lace up tight and are not too bulky. I read that they run large so I got a 7.5 when I normally wear an 8 in boots and they fit perfectly. I haven't used the boots in snow but they are pretty warm in 30 degree weather. If they were waterproof and had more insulation they would be perfect.
