I bought these trips for one-bag travel. They are wonderfully lightweight and yet stylish enough to wear almost anywhere. I took 2 pair to Europe and was able to hand wash them at night and have them dry before the next morning. I have not worn them backpacking yet, but they would be an excellent choice in cooler weather.

I am 6'0" and wear a 36" inseam. These are not tall/long enough. If you are a shorter tall person (as women over 5'10" really don't need to buy pants), then they may work.

These pants were a real find. I have three pair and frequently wear them to work on casual days. They are perfect travel pants; after a quick wash in the sink, they dry overnight and are ready for the next day.
I'm 5' 8" and bought my first pair in the regular length, which seemed too short; I prefer the tall for a longer line.
Please add deep navy to the color choices, and bring back the bark color. I'll buy them straight-away.

I wear these pants in all situations. Every day around the house and town, camping, and hiking. I have two big dogs--"hair every where"! These pants are like teflon--nothing sticks. They wash and dry beautifully. always look neat, and wear like iron. I have a couple of pairs in black and khacki and one pair in bark (no longer available), Please, please, make them in more colors. Wonderful value.

I found these pants while looking for something else, and took them with others on a trip to Italy in December. With a light silk layer, they adapted nicely to the cold weather (including snow!) that we encountered. I had a couple of other slacks that I rarely wore because these fit my needs so well, and I was able to count on them drying by morning.
This summer, I used these pants as well on a trip at the other temperature extreme, in Mexico. They breathe well and give me the sun protection I need.
I drive long distances in a car, and do a lot of domestic air travel. These pants, along with my many-pocketed vest, are my choice for almost every trip. They keep their good looks, adapt well to layering, and come in the longer length that I often have trouble finding. I am ordering 2 more pair.

I love the simple classic style, they'll never go out of fashion. Please carry talls at your stores, I was forced to by regular length and can only wear them with flats. Also, classic colors like navy and chocolate brown would be fantastic. Traveling thru 3 countries, they roll up light and small, are wrinkle resistant and repel food spills. I'll buy more when the color selection is available!

I'm mid-life, out of shape and wanting some new adventures. First hurdle was finding a size that fit. Finally found this size 18 and am thrilled I can start doing some fun outdoor stuff in something other than my levi's. I went white water rafting, then back packing in them and they were incredible. Dirt brushed off easily, they dried quickly and felt great. I've only tried the regular length, but have order the long. I'm 5'7 and weigh about 220, and would like and extra inch or two. More colors please! Would love navy, bark, and a logan green color. I'm excited about getting in shape with these pants. Just wish there were more plus size options.
