Comments about Haiku To-Go Shoulder Bag - Women's:
Purses with handles always fall off my shoulder, which is why I go for a "messanger style" purse. Most cross body bags are really small, or huge (for lap tops). I'm a petite girl (5'3" and small frame), and so finding a bag that isn't TINY or GIANORMOUS and isn't HIDEOUS is quite tricky. I can fit a long wallet, my planner (6.5" x 8"), sunglasses, gloves, keys & cell, and other girlie stuff too. The pockets are wide and easy to access. I like how the bag is washable so I can keep it clean. The strap could be alittle sturdier and could use a shoulder pad for extra comfort. The plastic buckle for the flap is a poor choice, a magnetic closure would be better, but I'm just glad it's not velcro. My only real complaint is the hardware that attaches the strap to the bag because it's a long & rectangular shape, and since the strap is not very stiff, the rectangle will turn (while you're wearing it across the body) causing the strap to bunch up. But it only does this on one side, and because I'm a perfectionist I'm constantly fixing the strap and hardware--it can get annoying sometimes. I've attached photos for clarity. Why couldn't they just use a "d" ring with a metal clip? It would be nice to have a small handle as well. To me, I don't find it heavy at all. Overall pretty satisfied with it's performance.

Comments about Haiku To-Go Shoulder Bag - Women's:
I LOVE THIS BAG!! It is so much better than I could've imagined. The colors are so much cuter than online (I have the brown w/green) and it has a great texture. Even though it is faux leather, it looks very expensive and not cheap or fake and feels soft. It wears amazingly - I have gotten this thing wet and spilled on more times than I can count and it still looks brand new!
The strap is fully adjustable - shorten it up to hang it nicely up under your arm or extend it out for cross-body (it even goes cross body on my 5'9" plus size friend who can't find many bags that are long enough). Amazingly, the strap stays put when its just hung on my shoulder, something that usually doesn't happen.
It holds a TON of stuff without being bulky (by a ton - magazine, small notebook, changing pad, wipe container, 2-3 diapers, snacks, extra clothes & toy for a 2 year old & hand sanitzer just in the large compartment alone. Plus Sherpani's Zoe wallet & a checkbook & pen in the 2 large pockets just under the flap with still plenty of room for chapstick, lipstick, powder, tissues and everything else I could possibly need). Plus I can fit a 16-20 ounce water bottle or sippy cup in one pocket on the side and my cell phone and sunglasses in the other one.
About the only improvement I could want for this bag is to have a magnetic closure instead of the clip and to add something to hook your keys too (they do tend to fall to the bottom if I just throw them in), but I can't even list them as cons - just improvements.
I have been a Sherpani fan for a couple of years and didn't think I'd find another brand I liked as well until I found this bag (I needed something a little less sporty & smaller than the Flora Major/Lena diaper bag, but larger than the Mili purse). It has been worth every penny - I love that I can use it for everyday for myself, but throw in what I need for my 3 kids too when on the go and not feel like I'm always toting around "luggage" or my diaper bag.
Service and delivery comments:
Got it quicker than expected (REI's approximated ship times tend to be a bit conservative). As always, the packaging was great - even if it arrived in bad condition, I know REI's service would have taken care of it in a heartbeat.

Comments about Haiku To-Go Shoulder Bag - Women's:
I use this as my daily bag and it goes everywhere with me. I get tons of compliments on it. I like that I can fit my cell phone in one of the side pockets and my sunglasses in the other. They are too small for the waterbottle I use, which I just place in the interior pocket. The interior zipper pocket is great for keeping things secure and I like the open pockets under the flap for my wallet and pens, then I can just fill up the main compartment with whatever. I've placed a camera, shirt and bars all in it with no problem, it even holds a notebook or folder. Great bag!

Comments about Haiku To-Go Shoulder Bag - Women's:
The side pockets are tight to fit a water bottle, and I agree with previous reviewer - a magnetic snap would be fabulous! And the velcro on the inside pocket started coming off rather quickly, but not a big deal... Other than that, I love the bag! I get tons of compliments and use it all the time. In a pinch, I can fit a full-size magazine or folder inside. And all the pockets, zippered and not, are great! I'm watching for new floral patterns to buy another one.

Comments about Haiku To-Go Shoulder Bag - Women's:
I'm surprised by the number of 5 star ratings this bag has received. It looks great, has a ton of space and organization options, but the strap drives me nuts. The material makes the bag heavy so a strap pad should be included...especially at this price. What brothers me the most is the metal strap link turning and bunching the strap as a previous reviewer mentioned (with photos). I have tried everything to keep this from happening and nothing solves the problem. I suppose it is mostly cosmetic, but I wonder if this will cause extra wear/stress on the strap. Another complaint is that the side holders are not large enough for many water bottles. My 16 oz Camelbak bottle does not fit.
This bag is very attractive and has a lot of potential. However, I can only give it 3 stars due to the poor design.

Comments about Haiku To-Go Shoulder Bag - Women's:
A purse is your best buddy - your daily companion, your life partner. But as they say, while the package may be pretty, true beauty is on the inside. This little workhorse has got it all - looks, durability and organization. I haven't seen such purposeful organization since my last diaper bag - spots for my iPod, cell phone and water bottle, even my portable umbrella. The compartments on the inside make it easy to sort my stuff from the kiddie stuff.. and all in such a small package. The only drawback is I'd rather have a magnetic closure than a click lock when that phone rings and I have to retrieve it with one hand.

Comments about Haiku To-Go Shoulder Bag - Women's:
This was the first diaper bag I bought after the Winnie the Pooh one we used when she was a newborn (shower gift from my mom) and I researched for days before deciding this was the perfect one. And luckily, it has turned out to be even better than expected. I love that I can fit diapers, wipe, changing mat, snacks, toys, books, and two sippy cups for her (one milk, one water), and still have separate compartments for my wallet and phone (two big pockets under flap), any important documents like passports (velcro inner pocket, nice and deep), a pacifier and bib and toddler spoon and fork (inside zip pocket), and all of my miscellaneous gear (outside zip pocket) like chapstick, tissues, pens, sanitizer, hair clips, etc.
About the bag not fitting water bottles - you just have to find the right size (reusable) bottles. We have both the Sigg and the Foogo Thermos bottles and they fit perfectly. A previous reviewer said a key clip would be nice - I use a small carbiner on my keys and clip it to the metal rectangular loop that holds the strap to the purse. Other reviewers complained about the rectangular loop turning vertical (which it always does), but that really is more aesthetic rather than functional and it won't wear down the strap over time. Finally, lots of reviewers said they would prefer a magnetic clasp, but I prefer the lock for two reasons: (1) it's a much more secure lock, so if you drop the purse or are traveling in crowds, you feel much more secure about it, and (2) you won't accidentally demagnetize your credit cards by having them too close to that strong magnetic closure (which happened multiple times with a previous bag that I had).
It does get heavy and slightly uncomfortable when it is fully packed (with two full 12oz sippy cups) and full container of snacks and fruit puree squeezes and books, etc, but that's because of the mass I am carrying, not the bag itself.
Overall, I love this bag, have received many, many compliments on it (I have the brown with the green and orange flowers), and have inspired several of my friends to get one too. So durable, wipes clean easily, completely worth the price. And like others said, I love the organization that keeps my stuff separate from my toddler's stuff.

Comments about Haiku To-Go Shoulder Bag - Women's:
This is just a really cool bag. I love the look of it - it's unique in the sea of bags out there. I love the idea of a magnet closure instead of the current clip (see earlier reviewer), but other than that I have no suggestions for upgrades. I guess I didn't really realize that the end pockets were for a waterbottle -- they do seem small - perhaps that's why I never tried.

Comments about Haiku To-Go Shoulder Bag - Women's:
This bag is partly marketed as a mom/diaper bag, so it has lots of open and zippered pockets for storage. I'm a bit fan of pockets, so this really appealed to me. The outside side pockets are useful for keeping water bottles or sunglass cases in, and I like putting my cell phone in one of the front pockets under the flap. The bag does tend to get a bit heavy after carrying it for awhile, but I realize that it's difficult to get durability without getting some heft as well. I'm really happy with my purchase and I expect to take this bag to concerts, museums, shopping, and on vacation.

Comments about Haiku To-Go Shoulder Bag - Women's:
I love this bag! Easy access to everything inside so I never lose my keys. Holds plenty of stuff for me, my 3 kids and my husband without looking like I'm hauling around an overnight bag. Incredibly durable except for the pebble texture on the outside wore off rather quickly on the corners.
