Comments about Coghlan's Featherweight Mirror:
These little mirrors are great for wildlife biologists! Seeing detail in wildlife tracks is difficult when the sun is directly overhead, so I use these mirrors to reflect sun onto the tracks from the side. The tracks suddenly pop out with great shadows and highlights, and this relief allows me to identify and photograph the tracks. I also use these mirrors to reflect light into dark tunnels, burrows, or caves to see what wildlife might be hiding within.
My only real qualm with these mirrors is that they scratch with incredible ease. I wish Coghlan's would include a scratch-resistant coating on the mirrors. You may wish to purchase screen protectors designed for cell phones and cut them to the proper size for the mirror. Overall, this is a great product!

Comments about Coghlan's Featherweight Mirror:
Great strong light mirror, I would say it's unbreakable in any reasonable situation, however, upon seeing the "unbreakable" feature, my friend managed to snap it in half with his body weight...so..ya. I'll be ordering another one.

Comments about Coghlan's Featherweight Mirror:
Love it! I try to be as close to a minimalist as possible, but this is my one luxery item. Being a contact wearer, it is nice to be able to see when putting them in and taking them out. Just be sure to wash the deet off of your fingers 1st!

Comments about Coghlan's Featherweight Mirror:
This is a very lightweight mirror that I use for hygiene purposes. It is unbreakable and very compact and thin. It could double as a signal mirror should I lose my purpose-built signal mirror:
I would only just reflect light on the back of my other hand while it is lined up with the target before flashing, because there is no aiming hole.

Comments about Coghlan's Featherweight Mirror:
This signal mirror is very simple. It would be nice if it had a hole in the middle, but I haven't had a problem using it, and it works well!
