Comments about Racor Solo Bike Rack:
I cleaned out the local store's stock of these, as well as Delta's more expensive da Vinci racks, and mounted them in my garage. Unlike the Delta, the Racor Solo does not include drywall or masonry anchors, so I had to go to the hardware store for mounting accessories. The hook is narrow and hard to get a mountain bike into. After just a week of use, the rubber coating on all three Racor racks split from the pressure of the wheel rim, and now the coatings slide off.

Comments about Racor Solo Bike Rack:
I have had several of these racks over the last 20 yrs in a NYC apt and they work great. Of course you need to buy Molly bolts/screws if you have a hollow wall. . . .they are very strong (true that if your bike has very fat tires they may not fit but you can deflate slightly if nec).
