    This is a great multipurpose bottle. I hold it during my runs for hydration and nutrition. The middle neck area allows you to get a better grip at the bottle, although molded finger grip would be better. Tip of the bottle is made of hard rubber, which requires me to use my front teeth to pull it out to drink. This may hurt some people with sensitive teeth, but can be solved by simply using your hands!
