ok for quick short trips. liquids taste like plastic. leaks from cap when bottle not upright. very cheap though.

I bought this bottle as a replacement for an older Novara bike bottle that I loved... I was recently riding a time trial out and back route on my recovery loop... as circumstances would have it, I took this bottle out of its cage and went to put this bottle back, I took my eyes off the road to ensure this bottle's placement and crashed.... resulting in a broken collarbone that required surgery... I don't like this material compared to the CamelBak bottle material. Ultimately, the crash was my fault but I wish that this bottle was a better (softer more flexible) material.
