Comments about Crank Brothers Egg Beater C Pedals - Grey:
Been using a pair of these on my road/commuter bike for the past few months or so. At first I was a little skeptical since these are touted as being for mountain bikes, however, after speaking to a helpful CSR on these I gave it a go - never looked back. Pedals are extremely easy to clip in and the unclipping is a snap. Pedals are extremely light as well. The only thing I've noticed is after a minor spill, the left pedal seems to have a little play in the springs. Other than that, great pedals.

Comments about Crank Brothers Egg Beater C Pedals - Grey:
This is the first pedal I've ever owned and as far as I can tell I don't plan on getting anything but egg beaters ever. They are relatively inexpensive and give you an enormous upgrade from flat pedals. If this is your first time looking for a pedal this is the one for you. It doesn't really get easier than this pedal.

Comments about Crank Brothers Egg Beater C Pedals - Grey:
Great product, but after a while the spring-loaded part of the pedal ended up with alot of side-to-side play.
While pedaling under light to pressure they developed a click-per-revolution on both sides. What an ordeal to chase down where it was coming from.. When I realized it was the cranky bros. I was disappointed because they are so easy to use. Upgraded to speedplays... a bit more work to enter, but more pedal power....

Comments about Crank Brothers Egg Beater C Pedals - Grey:
I wanted to move to clip-on pedals for both my mtb and rdb, and have never used a clip-on before. After reading reviews, these looked to be the best for mtb. I wanted to use the same style clips for both bikes, so I got the candys for my road bike. I can't imagin any clip-on system being easier to use. I clipped into the egg beaters on first try every time - both feet! The candys are a little more challenging, but he expanded platform will provide better support for longer rides on the road bike. Awesome stuff!

Comments about Crank Brothers Egg Beater C Pedals - Grey:
First time with Crank Bros. pedals after using Looks on my road bike for years. Love the 4-sided entry, much easier to click back in after a stop. Disengaging is even breezier. I would recommend these pedals despite the fact that I can't seem to quiet a creaky connection between my cleats and the pedals.

Easy in, easy out. Simple design. Strong enough to stand on when you need to. Started with spd pedals, switched and won't ever go back. Good pedals.

These pedals are great for hopping over logs. They make it much easier to pedal and they are easy to clean what more do you want. Plus they are easy to get it and out of.

Awesome pedals! I'd been having problems getting in and out of my SPD pedals, especially in muddy conditions. I love the 4 sided entry and getting in and out of these pedals was easy. I definitely won't be going back to SPD pedals.

Comments about Crank Brothers Egg Beater C Pedals - Grey:
Ride the trails of North Texas on my Marin 29er. I heard good things about the egg beaters and it's true, they are great. The four sided entry is so much better than my road bike single side entry. They are a little heavy and take some getting used to since you are not standing on pedals, but overall these things rock.

I've got a pair of these on my commuter and I love them. No need to worry about missing a clip in at a light. They have been very reliable with no trouble yet. Definitely would buy these again.
