Comments about Under Armour Compression Shorts - Men's:
I bought these because I had heard that compression shorts help with runners who have hip pain. In deed they do. These compression shorts work awesome. I won't say my hip pain is gone, but I will say that it was minimal after 26.2 miiles. I would have to say that it helps align your hips to minimize your hip pain. I won't run in anything else. A side note, the cons are for the kind of uncomfortable feeling when you are sitting with them on. I guess you feel the stiching a little. I don't feel it when I run though, so not a big deal. Great for Fall/Winter runs to keep you warm. Best investment outside of a good pair of shoes as far as running apparel goes.

I've swam in these shorts, snow shoed, hiked, climbed, cycled, sports, everything. I highly recommend them.

Comments about Under Armour Compression Shorts - Men's:
I use these shorts underneath my hiking pants and they are terrific. They offer excellent support and prevent chafing when I am hiking on those miles of backcountry trails.
If you aren't particularly modest, they can also double as a swim suit for those quick dips to cool off in a mountain stream or lake. They dry very quickly and are very hard wearing.

Comments about Under Armour Compression Shorts - Men's:
I really like these shorts. They seem to breathe well and I think I get a benefit from wearing them in cold weather as well, keeping muscles warm. I have groin pain, and I think the shorts help with compression on that area. My only complaint is from chafing from the stitching. Halfway through one marathon, I had to stop and add some petroleum jelly to a certain nether-region to avoid chafing effects later on. Hopefully, UA will design future shorts with less friction hotspots like this. You can avoid some of these issues by using glide or jelly.

I picked these up the other day because after a couple miles of hiking I tend to start having an issue of chafing on my inner thighs. I wore these under my hiking shorts on a 6 mile hike and they worked great!

I was looking for some compression shorts to bout with my constant hip pain from high mileage running. Ran a 22 mile run last weekend and had minimal hip pain. I think any compression shorts will help so I am not biased on any brand. These just happen to be the only ones I could find at the [...] store I was at. Won't run without a pair on now!

I frequently take groups on long treks and suffered from chaffing both at the grin and buttocks. I live in Borneo. So by chance a friend went home to Salt Lake (REI) and I got him to buy me the UnderArmour compression short. It has good support and comfort in hot humid conditions. It feels dry which is perhaps the most important aspect of this product. It also dries very fast. To me this is a must for all going on long treks in the tropics.

Comments about Under Armour Compression Shorts - Men's:
I use these whenever I bike (I do not like to go without underwear like most cyclists), which is at least three times a week, or hike. They keep my muscles warm and flexible. They are very durable. And they remain comfortable even after wearing them for four days strait while hiking.
