        For the price this is a very well made bag. It is fabric, but the fabric is thick. The bag is actually sewn with the fabric doubled up. It can be used for day hiking or just as a everyday bag. I bought it to use for day hiking where I am out for 6 hours or so at a time. It held everything I need including a large aluminum water bottle. I bought the green one!

          I use this as a diaper bag for my twins. The size is perfect, and has been taken nearly everywhere with us in the last 18 months. It's been washed & dried a couple times, too, and still looks new. I get lots of compliments on it.

          I like this bag. It's small enough to comfortably swing over your shoulder or wear as a backpack. Because of it's size, it can also be used as a child's pack. Very lightweight.
