Comments about Profile Aqua Rack:
Product does exactly what its designed to do. I think other reviewer must have it mounted backward as I cannot think how they would hit their thighs. FYI - The cage should extend out over rear wheel.

Comments about Profile Aqua Rack:
Not sure why the other guy is having fit issues. I'm 6'5 and have no problems with mine. Very easy to reach without stopping my pedal stroke. Much easier than reaching for the frame mounted cages. Reach is very instinctive once you get used to them and just as easy to return the bottle after drinking.

Comments about Profile Aqua Rack:
I put this on my road bike. It stays put and is durable enough, but unfortunately Profile didn't make the mount extend far enough away from the seatpost because I hit the cages with the back of my thighs on every pedal stroke. If you want one of these, get one that mounts to your saddle rails and avoid this one.

Comments about Profile Aqua Rack:
For the most part, this rack is great. It holds the bottles securely, and it's pretty light. A few minor downsides:
1. It's a little annoying to install because you have to remove the entire seatpost. However, assuming you only have to do this once, this shouldn't be an ongoing issue.
2. As the first reviewer said, there is the potential it can hit the back of your thighs. My thighs lightly bump the cages, but not enough to annoy me. It all depends on the geometry of your bike, how high/low on the seatpost you put these cages, how far forward/back your saddle is, etc. It's pretty much idiot proof to install, so unlike the other reviewers who thought the first reviewer messed up the installation, I can see how it can bump up against your thighs.
Overall, great rack.

Comments about Profile Aqua Rack:
Yes, I installed it correctly, it was just too close to the seatpost to clear my pedal stroke. This could be a sizing issue; for a shorter rider on a smaller frame, maybe it wouldn't. I don't consider myself gargantuan (6'2"), but I am on the taller end of bike sizing.
That said, I took the cages off of it and use them on my MTB frame. They're really fantastic cages; they hold the water bottle more securely than anything I've ever found yet allow you to get the bottle in and out easily. I wish more places carried just the cages.
