The REI Member Dividend
The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.
Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.
Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.

Comments about Julbo New Sport Sunglasses Case:
This case came with my Julbo sunglasses. I've had the sunglasses and this case for over 20 years; in fact they're the first pair of sport glasses with case I ever bought, and they're still around and work great. The only difference between this case and the one I have is the little red push-button; everything else seems the same. If the design ain't broke, don't fix it! I've had glasses stored in the case on multi-day backpacking trips, stuffed into a stuffed to the rim backpack. I've had glasses in this case stuffed into stuffed-to-the-rim panniers on multi-cay self-contained bike trips. My glasses were kept safe - the only scratches are from when I was wearing them. The case is solid, sturdy, and at [$], a steal.

Comments about Julbo New Sport Sunglasses Case:
I was looking all over for a cheap and simple hard case that I could use to put my sunglasses in my backpack for travel. My Oakley Plaintiffs easily fit inside this case, and could perhaps fit even larger shades. While I love the very simple and versatile design of this case, one thing that concerns me is that because of the ratchet close design, when pressure is applied on the outside, the case itself will not be supporting that pressure, but the glasses inside will. With small sunglasses, and on the very lowest notch, the walls will touch, and pressure will be supported by the case, but with larger glasses, the glasses inside take the pressure, which worries me a little bit. However, it should be completely be fine for practical use, just as long as a car doesn't run over the case. Otherwise the case is excellent; i like the look, the durability, and it seems like it will do a good job of protecting my sunglasses.

Comments about Julbo New Sport Sunglasses Case:
I was shopping for a hardcase that would fit my larger Oakley prescription sunglasses. Shopping around, I found the Oakley case price to be outrageous. Then I found this case at REI. You can't beat the [$] price of the Julbo case. It appears plenty durable and has a velveteen interior. The only thing I don't like is the goofy plastic ratchet piece that keeps the case closed. It's annoying to open, and it'll probably wear out over time. A self-closing spring mechanism like those found on most regular eyeglass hard cases would have been better. If you're looking for an inexpensive case to protect your sunglasses, this isn't a bad choice. I was surprised to see that it's MADE IN... ITALY!

Comments about Julbo New Sport Sunglasses Case:
A good rugged case at an affordable price. It fits the large sunglasses I wear (big head = big frames). It's rugged, opens easily, opens easier that one with a zipper closure, provides solid protection to expensive glasses, and doesn't open accidentally. I like it!!!

Comments about Julbo New Sport Sunglasses Case:
I've had this Julbo case for 4 years and it's still holding my sunglasses safely. Used to keep my Oakley Monster Dogs in there, and they fit perfectly. Now I've got a pair of Smith's (Prize), and they just fit. It's a nice size for bigger sunglasses - but not too large - and I'm never afraid that my glasses will be damaged, even if the case is thrown into my backpack and sitting under gear. Plus, it's always easy to find the case since it's made of hard plastic.
Service and delivery comments:
My order arrived very quickly! Much quicker than I'd expected. Well done REI.

Comments about Julbo New Sport Sunglasses Case:
This case is the closest thing I've found to bulletproof protection for sunglasses. It is crushproof, easy to open and close (no zipper), and is deep enough for even the extra-large glasses that I wear.
