      Easy to put on with two (top and bottom) hook-loop straps that feed through a cord loop. Folds up very compact and weighs almost nothing.

        Product had one velcro strap and one plain strap with no way to fasten it to anything else. Returned product to store and ordered a replacement; replacement was the same. Am I supposed to tie this 7 inch strap around something with a knot?

          I use the smaller one with my Trail Blazer and the larger one with my Rim Runner. Both are easy to put on and are secure once they are cinched up. Material is waterproof and will keep your pack contents dry in heavy rain.
