Comments about Nikon Action 7 x 35 Binoculars:

A 7x35 binocular like this is a good all-purpose specification. This Nikon 7x35 is a great binocular at a surprisingly good price. The optics are excellent, it has a good solid heft, and has smooth optical adjustments. I believe it also has a lifetime warranty, though that is not mentioned in the website description. You will not go far wrong with this selection. [The 8x40 model would be an alternate -- it would have slightly more magnification, but would be a little heavier and no better low-light vision than this one. I personally prefer a 7x35]
