        I have panniers and didn't like having to take them off when I go inside, but I don't like riding with a bag on my back. So, I use the cargo net to secure my messenger bag to my rack and I'm off. It's very light, so I carry it with me all the time, in case I make a stop on my way home. So far very sturdy. The hooks do come off, but this can be useful in terms of flexibility--it gives you more options for how to attach it. I've been using it daily for about a month and it doesn't show any signs of wear and tear. Stretches to a decent size and I haven't lost anything yet (knock on wood).

          I keep this on my bike all the time. I used to use bungie cords on my rack but this is so much better. It is very easy to use. I have not lost anything I secured with this net. You can adjust this size of the net simply by wrapping it around the bike rack.

                  Want to strap your backpack on your rack? Or some odd shaped thing? This little net is a wonder. It turns any day pack into a rack-top carrier and it's great even if you have panniers to store your well behaved items.
