      I saw these on the REI site and though they were a pretty cool item. I recieved them and intalled them and found they were fairly comfortable to grip, but the mirrors are useless. The mirror has a very narrow view and the notches make it hard to adjust unless you change the angle of the n-bars. This means you might not have the n-bars at the angle you feel comfy with. My oppinion. Get separate n-bars, and separate mirror. This product blows for the price.

      I thought this product would be nice since it looked durable. Unfortunately, I could not even install these mirrors due to the limited room to attach the end caps. Beware and make sure your handle bars have a small enough end cap. As the previous review says, the view is very limited and must be positioned precisely to be useful.

        This is a very good concept, for riding on the street or in the city. However the angle you have to be at to be able to see into the mirror may compromise your safety. It may be different for different sized people, but for me the bars had to be angled at a low position to almost be unusable for climbing. I also had to stoop down to be able to see into the mirror

        At first it was really hard to see anything useful in the mirror because it's so narrow, but once I've made the proper adjustment (you may need to change the bar end angle) and used it for a while it became very useful! Now it feels just like my old (much bigger) mirror. Now the cons, although the bar end itself is very robust, the inert part where the mirror is fixed feels very fragile, it's made of plastic and scratches very easily.
