Comments about 3rd Eye Handlebar End Mirror:
I purchased this mirror because I wasn't satisfied with helmet-mounted or other too-small, plastic mirrors that scratched easily. This has a 3", slightly convex, glass mirror that provides excellent visibility. The double, knurled rubber rollers function as cams that constitute an extremely secure attachment method. I was concerned at first that the bar-end-mounted mirror would be a hazard, extending too far to the side, but this has not been the case.
Shortly after I bought the mirror, my bike (a 33 pound mountain bike) fell over with the mirror hitting the ground first. The mirror broke at the bracket, but by taking advantage of Third-Eye's $6 repair service, I was sent a new, replacement mirror for the one that had broken. I am very pleased with the service I've received from this small California company and have recommended this mirror to my friends.

Comments about 3rd Eye Handlebar End Mirror:
Every time I've taken a spill or mountain bike is bumped over by the kids, the mirror has broken off at the hinge or bracket. It gets pretty expensive to replace @ [$] a pop, especially when there other mirrors more crash proof. The rubber bushings either do not grip the inside of the bars or try to squeeze out of the bars.
