My husband & I bought these because we were both having back/butt problems. We are newbies to riding, but we usually ride about 50-75 miles a week. I already have a bad back & was worried that biking was making it worse. After buying these we both noticed right away that the pain was elimanated.

My one con would be that I have to make sure the saddle pad is attached properly before each ride. I do a lot of stand-up, sit-down in order to keep up with my husband, so I thnik that has a lot to do with the pad becoming lose. He hasn't had problems with it at all.

Overall, it was a great buy & I would recommend the Trico Painkiller Saddle Pad to a friend.
