I had never tried powdered eggs before and was pleasantly surprised at the consistency and taste. They actually fluff up nicely. Add a little butter/ghee and they're deliciously bad!

I found the cheese in this (and in their cheese enchilada ranchero) to be just crunchy lumps of shredded cheese--not good at all. I even tried mixing in the cheese earlier in the process to melt it down a bit, but no luck. Maybe if it is added during hydration--the directions say otherwise, though.
