The REI Member Dividend
The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.
Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.
Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.

Comments about Mountain House Turkey Tetrazzini - 2 Servings:
Our family really likes this one, and is second only to the Mountain House lasagna for us. Lots of good flavor and wholesome.

Comments about Mountain House Turkey Tetrazzini - 2 Servings:
This was a surprisingly good meal. A friend and I split it. We mixed in the Mountain House green beans for a little bit more which was perfect.

Comments about Mountain House Turkey Tetrazzini - 2 Servings:
Over the summer I was on an 8 day backpacking trip with 7 others. One night when it was my turn for dinner, I did a taste test with 6 different flavors of the highly ranked Mountain House dinners. It was unanimous. All agreed that the turkey tetrazzini was the best of the bunch. Very flavorful and satisfying! Several said that it tasted like a really good pot pie. Yum!

Comments about Mountain House Turkey Tetrazzini - 2 Servings:
Cooked this up while doing a UL overnight in the Shenandoah National Park. Just like other reviewers have said, it is very tasty and better than many freeze dried dishes. The turkey reconstitutes very, very well. And there is a lot of turkey in there, it's easy to see where they can count so many grams of protein. I added an extra 1/8 cup of hot water and let it sit longer, as some reviewers have mentioned this helps, I thought it turned out great.
The asparagus was crunchy, but I attribute that more to how they prepped it before drying than the reconstitution.
However, it is definitely nothing exciting after a long, hard hike. Kinda stew-like, noodles, turkey, veggies, broth-like base, thats it.

Delicious! My 13-yo-daughter & I tried this on our backcountry paddle trip in the Everglades and we both thought it was very tasty. She even ate the asparagus, which is a first.
We thought 1 pkg was enough dinner for both of us, but we did follow with dried fruit for dessert.
I recommend letting Mountain House sit for 50% longer than the instructions indicate. This gives everything more time to reconstitute and also makes the food hot rather than thermonuclear to eat.
Great for the backcountry, but also for any camping/hiking/paddling/recreation situation when you want a fast, hot meal with more substance (yet no more effort) than soup.

Not too bad though not something I'm likely to remember years from now.

Comments about Mountain House Turkey Tetrazzini - 2 Servings:
This is our favorite freeze-dried meal! I've used it for back packing & camping out on Astronomy outtings for years. I suppose we mostly buy it now for our emergency home rations each winter. We live in a remote area where we get snowed in for about a month or 2 each winter. This is such a treat to have on hand when we get tired of eating all the beans & rice meals we are aways cooking up on the woodburning stove.

This one is my most favorite of their meals! It tastes like the inside of a turky pot pie only better because of the variety of vegies in it.

Comments about Mountain House Turkey Tetrazzini - 2 Servings:
This meal was pretty good. We used the 2-person serving for a 1-person meal, and that was a little too much food; but we don't think half of this package would have been enough for one person. General comments about Mountain House meals: After a few meals we started adding a bit more water than the instructions called for, and let the meals "sit" longer than the instructions said, and that improved the consistency. The meals started out very hot (it helped to have a bandana to use to insulate our hands from the hot package), and stayed warm almost to the end of the meals -- we were eating in temperatures in the mid 50's. We added a bit of olive oil to each meal, thinking that might improve the flavor and add calories.

Comments about Mountain House Turkey Tetrazzini - 2 Servings:
This tasted like absolutely nothing and looked a little like barf. It was edible, but just barely. Would not recommend. The turkey never really reconstituted so it felt oddly starchy.
