    Comments about Natural High Beef Enchilada - 2 Servings:

    I tend to have lower expectations for dehydrated food, but this is one of the better ones that I've been returning to over the years. It actually resembles a beef enchilada in flavor and isn't watery in texture. It has a little bit of kick to it, but not too spicy.

    For dehydrated food the sodium level is on the low side, 700mg/serving, which makes it neither unpalatable nor extremely unhealthy. The caloric content is high at 450 calories/serving which is important because when backpacking in the mountains it can be hard to keep up with caloric demands.
