I have about 6 pairs of these socks. They are more comfortable than other brands I have tried. They last well and wick moisture well. I've used them in hot weather as well as rainy and colder weather. They were really put to the test during a cold summer storm a few years ago. We got flash floods and were soaking wet and stranded between two rivers. The temps had fallen from 60's to 30's during the day. My boots were soaking wet from attempted river crossings but my feet were okay as long as I kept drying a pair of these socks over the fire and putting on a dry pair. They kept my feet warm and dry despite the conditions and saved my toes from frostbite and fungus. I highly recommend them.

I have been wearing Tholo socks since the early 90's year round. They keep my feet dry and blister free. Not for people who like thin socks. I have use these socks for work, play, travel, and all my outdoor pursuits.
