Belting bit of kit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Already have a pellet fired smoker, so this was the perfect accompaniment. Oven came well boxed. Was easy to set up and light. A handful of pellets and 10-15 minutes and you are good to go. Knocked out 21 pizzas one sunny Saturday afternoon. Using an handful of pellets for each pizza. Everyone came out perfect. I wholly recommend this oven. Belting

Pizza Dreams Engaged!

Its so nice being able to enjoy beautifully wood (pellet) fired pizza in ones backyard. As a family of 5, the Fyra 12 does an amazing job heating up and doing what it does best, making AMAZING pizzas! It took some trial and error the first couple times firing it up, but once I fired it up a couple times its pretty straight forward. I only have a few minor issues with the system. One issue is product design and the other is just part of using a wood fired oven; The Flame Keeper is easily touched and nocked out. If this happens its nearly impossible to put it back until your done cooking. The other issue I have is that that if you are cooking more than 3 pizzas for dinner, each pizza will take longer, or you have to wait longer between each pizza to draw more heat into the pizza stone. Cooking for our extended family on a pizza night we attempted 7 pizzas and by the last pizza it was taking a while to fully cook. All in all 4/5 stars and excited to take with us camping this year.

Not at all pleased with this oven

We were so excited to finally get this, however we were ultimately disappointed with just about everything about it. After almost a month of use there is still a very strong odor of burning paint / plastic that we can’t figure out. Flames will shoot out of the hopper and the back of the oven that will burn you badly, pizza never, EVER slides off the peel properly (despite purchasing the OONI peel, using the right kind of flour, and practicing). We finally just gave up and are throwing this thing out and going back to frozen pizza in our conventional oven. Less stress and hassle.

Never made a pizza before,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Never made a pizza before, but made dough from the app and a gluten free version. The oven itself was easy to set up and got up to 450 degrees within 15min. Cooked the gluten free first with mild success and was very nice according to those that had it! Cooked the normal base pizzas in 60 seconds flat when the temperature was maintained. Some of the best pizza’s I’ve had and can’t wait till the next time.

Real Wood Fired Pizza!

Wow!!! Best pizza ever! I did watch a couple of videos from seasoned users and finally tried mine out. Has great results my first try following the guidance of successful users. I did get the ooni launcher and turning peel since they are made for this oven and use their heat temp gun, pellets and starters. Looking forward to the next pizza night!
