Package tracking is available for U.S. orders made online. Tracking is not available for orders made by phone.

We also offer limited tracking of REI Store Pickup orders.

You may track your package approximately 48 hours after you place your order. This delay may be longer for orders placed on Fridays or Saturdays.

Please note that oversized and hazardous items may be shipped separately from the rest of your order.
To locate a package:

Enter your REI order number (found on the confirmation page of your order, or the order confirmation e-mail or invoice that was sent to you).

Enter the 5-digit billing address zip code entered for your order.
