amazing watch
This T Rex 3 Pro truly surpass my expectations. I was thinking that it was going to be just OK but it’s very comparable to the Fenix 8 at half the price. Get it you’ll love it
Rugged but not very customizable
It is very bulky but that’s because it’s tough and rugged. I do have a problem with the faces not being customizable. You can pick new faces but changing the different information is limited or nonexistent. I guess I’m use to Apple Watch where you can change everything on the face. Unless I’m missing a feature I would like more customization. Battery life is amazing. I do enjoy all the biometrics to see effort and recovery.
Great Fitness and Everyday Watch
I've had my T-Rex 3 Pro for a couple of weeks and have worn it continuously. The battery life lives up to claims. The Zepp App provides all the health and fitness data I need and more. I used it to track downhill alpine skiing while in Canada and it was flawless. So much more watch for the money than the similar Garmin watch. As a previous Garmin fitness watch devotee, I have no regrets moving to the Amazfit T-Rex 3 Pro.
Great Watch Unfortunately Missing
This is a great watch, especially if you jump between IOS and Android devices. The couple of bummers keep me from saying it is an amazing watch. Hopefully they will release and ecg app but even more important is a tap to pay app. I did not realize how much I used tap to pay until i bought a watch that currently does not support it.
Watch part is ok.
Watch looks really cool but not syncing with Strava and Training Peaks is a killer for me. It only syncs your work outs from the watch to apps not the other way, so if you record a ride on your head unit on your bike it doesn't show in the Zepp app. So Garmin is still a better option for me.
Trex 3 Pro 44mm
So far the watch is doing a great job came from an Apple Watch Ultra 2 and I can tell the difference immediately. Battery life is way better and the flashlight on the watch is great. For gym and running and occasionally outdoor sports the watch is fantastic
Good First Impressions
Researched options at this price point for a few months and settled on the T-Rex Pro. The Garmin Instinct was a close second. I am coming from a Google Pixel Watch 3, which I had been mostly happy with until I tried to take it hiking (poor battery life--only lasts around 6 hours when tracking, and poor accuracy in step and distance tracking). Have only had the device for a few days, but I'm already very happy with the battery life. Did a 1.5 hr hike and it only drained about 5% of the battery. Still trying to learn all the features, but I'm really liking the flashlight for random little tasks about the house. Had some initial misgivings about the Zepp app that accompanies the Amazfit since it's a smaller ecosystem than Garmin or Fitbit. So far I've been impressed; there are some imperfections in English translation but still very understandable. The heart rate tracking accuracy looks consistent with what I've seen on my Pixel watch, and the step and distance tracking is much better than the Pixel. Looking forward to continued adventures!
Best Watch for the Buck
This was an upgrade from the T Rex 3, and it is worth the extra hundred or so dollars. The gold is a nice touch, as well as the flashlight feature. The Zeppelin app works well with this watch and there are too numerous features to list
Great watch
Meet my expectations- great watch at a great price
