I was very pleased with the fit of the jacket because of my height (6'1"), weight (225), shoulders (wear a men's size 44 coat), waist (38) and length of my arms (36). I ordered the XXL and it fit perfectly. I had tried the XL at another competitor bike store and it was tight but probably could have worked. I had the hardest time finding an XXL.
