The Big Agnes Ethel 0°F down bag for women is a rectangular, roomy sleeping bag that still packs small and light for cold-weather endeavors.
- Designed for women, with a narrow cut at the shoulders, more width at the hips and extra insulation in the footbox and torso where it's needed most
- Lightweight, 0°F rectangular design features 650-fill-power goose down insulation—perfect for cool, dry climates
- Vertical baffle Flow Construction features internal Flow Gates—vertical chambers with internal mesh gates that keep insulation from shifting up and down
- Underside insulation has been eliminated and replaced with a sleeve for a 20 in. wide Big Agnes rectangular pad or any 20 in. wide pad, not included
- Continuous draft wedge insulates the connection between the bag and pad to prevent cold air from entering
- Built-in pillow sleeve lets you stuff a jacket or a backcountry pillow inside and keeps it in place all night long
- Contoured, down-filled collar that seals around the neck, and draft tube located behind the zipper prevent warm air from escaping and cold air from entering
- Ripstop nylon shell with a Durable Water Repellent finish sheds water; soft, breathable nylon lining
- 2-way, full-length, locking zipper has a big, easy-to-grab zipper pull; fabric stiffeners on both sides of the zipper prevent the zipper from snagging
- Interior fabric loops stabilize a sleeping bag liner, not included
- Big Agnes Ethel sleeping bag includes a nylon stuff sack and a large cotton storage bag
- Bag will zip to another bag if they zip along opposite sides

My first down bag I bought from REI in the early 70's was down filled (the sleeping bag is still good for use). I love a goose-down filled bag --for me it is so comfy and comfortable. I just love sleeping in this bag. lots of room but not too big hood cinches up nicely place for a pillow.
I sleep very well in this bag -- being curled up in down just relaxes me.
This is the first bag I have owned that doesn't have the fill on the bottom but it has a big pocket to put a sleeping pad. This is working out great.
Mainly do car camping. The bag comes with a large bag to store it in and a smaller compact bag to put it in when going camping. fairly small.
I love this bag and highly recommend it.

I purchased this right before I went snowshoeing to a yurt with friends. It was 5 degrees each night, but I was the only one who felt no need to get up and keep stoking the fire in the woodstove because I was super warm in my sleeping bag. I get cold VERY easily and the fact that I never got cold in this sleeping bag speaks volumes. I would highly recommend it!
