This is my first smartwool sweater. I had heard so many positive things about smartwool, I was excited to get it. I have to say that I was a bit disappointed in the warmth of the sweater. I was expecting to be warm on a cold day - not really so. I am not generally cold so was surprised when this sweater was not warm. The fit is great (i'm a 14), it lays smooth, and is very comfortable, even when zipped. The sleeve length is generous. If you have long arms, it will be fine. If you have normal arms like me, there is a matching fabric on the underside of the sleeves that looks nice when the sleeves are rolled up. I've worn this sweater both with jeans and with dress pants. It would be very versitile for travelling. Overall, I am happy with the purchase.
