Felt the need to write a review for these adorable, warm arm warmers because if you order them (like I did) thinking you're getting a gorgeous purple and mauve combination like in the picture, you'll be in for a surprise.

The name of the color is garnet... Garnet is red... No purple hues at all in these. They are actually a burgundy (the darker color) and almost a Chinese red (the lighter color). The lighter red is very bright and definitely red.

If you like red, these may be for you. If you wanted purple, they may not. HOWEVER....

I am still a fan of these arm warmers and now very torn because they are still cute... Very comfy... Have excellent coverage... (Although I wouldn't recommend the top band on bare skin - only over a sleeve - it's very rubbery and grabby on bare skin)... They are just very red. I had been thinking the purple would kind of meld into just about anything I wear. The bright red does not. I am still trying to gauge whether or not they scream a little too much for me...

So, I just wanted to post this to make everyone looking at these aware that they are cute, cozy, comfy RED RED RED arm warmers!
