This tank is great for low impact activites such as yoga, hiking, backpacking & rock climbing. The material is soft & very comfortable. It runs true to size & has a bit of a snug fit so it stays put. The pattern/design is smart because it does a good job of hiding any buldges that you may be uncomforable with. The built-in bra is not super supportive, which is why I think it is perfect for low impact activities...even better for backpacking, when you don't want to waste space & weight packing separate bras.
