If you are a boot wearing employee who doesn't know what his/her feet are going to get into today these, I think, are great boots - super light, seem to be water resistant, good support - work in the office work in the field.

I had a low cut Teva raith which I ordered size 8.5 then I found it is a little tight. So for this one, I measured my feet with winter socks and found my true size is 9. So I ordered a 9.5 and it does fit very well. My toes can move around. To my surprise, even though the two Teva Raith look similar but this one is much more comfortable. It is cooler and the rubber is softer but better traction. I use it daily and for day hikes. Not using it long enough but I'm already very happy with it. I had good time with other Teva products so I am very confident it will last a long time for me.
