Comments about Kelty Lakota 65 Pack - 2012 Closeout:

Great little pack. I initially got it for my fiance but after she stopped coming out with me I took it for my own. The padding and straps are great, as is the adjustable aluminum bar along the spine. Obviously its a bit small and unless your a minimalist then you'll have trouble getting anymore than a 5-7 day backpacking trip inside of it. I should also mention that the side mesh pockets are pretty useless. They aren't deep enough to fit a Nalgene and are really only good for small items like flashlights or snacks. The top compartment can fit 2 Nalgene bottles however so that somewhat makes up for it. All things considered its a great pack and my favorite of the 3 I own.

I've had it about 2 years and at least 500 miles. No signs of wear, no zipper snags, and no real complaints.
