Comments about Fenix TK75 Rechargeable Flashlight:

This is a very high quality, extremely bright flashlight. The included Tenergy lithium ion batteries are also high quality, and provide good run times at the various power levels. This could well be "the last flashlight you'll ever buy", except that we all know that something better will come along in about 12 months (I'm not complaining).

Note that the flashlight becomes very warm when in use at the highest "turbo" power setting. The barrel never gets too hot to hold, but the LED housing and bezel gets downright hot after about 10 minutes. It won't burn you, but I wouldn't want to hold onto it there for any length of time. The flashlight automatically switches back to "high" power after 20 minutes on "turbo", which seems like more of a power saving feature than being necessary for safety. Given how bright "turbo" is, you probably won't need to use it continuously for more than just a few minutes at at time anyway.

My only disappointment is with the included charger. It's a fine charger, but it can only charge 2 batteries at a time, and the flashlight uses 4. I would gladly have paid a few dollars more for a 4-cell charger. I immediately purchased another 2-cell Tenergy charger, and 4 more identical Tenergy batteries from "The River". I'm not sure that I need any of the barrel extenders to hold more sets of batteries, but they are available of you need more continuous runtime without having to swap batteries.
