This is such a great bag! I've been drooling over Timbuk2 messengers for a long time and I finally took the plunge. I use it mostly for school and it fits a laptop and textbooks with no problem. I've also used it for an oversized purse or a small weekend bag and have loved it. Added bonus: it was a breeze to take through airport security. I know you can get special bags that open up for security but it is just as easy, if not easier, to just take the laptop out of the bag and slide it right back in once you're through. The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't have a water bottle pocket on the outside so to grab my water bottle I have to take the bag off.

This is 1st Timbuk2 product for me. Bought it on clearance. Excellent under seat air travel bag. Looks like it will hold up well. I love all the pockets. Served me well hiking around Grand Canyon.
