Comments about New England Glider Bi-Pattern 10.2mm x 60m 2X-Dry Rope - 2012 Special Buy:
I've owned this rope for 2 years (70 m). I've used it for multi-pitch trad, ice routes, and sport climbs. I've never had any issues with it. No problems with kinks or coils. The rope is proving to be very durable and the sheath is holding up well. The bi-pattern design is a very convient on long pitches and when setting up rappels. Best rope I've owned or used yet. Great product!

Comments about New England Glider Bi-Pattern 10.2mm x 60m 2X-Dry Rope - 2012 Special Buy:
This is the only New England rope I've owned, and it coils & kinks, even after being initially uncoiled as recommended, flaked repeatedly, used for 20+ climbs, etc. I've had ropes from Metolius, Mamut & Sterling that have not have this ongoing behavior.
