Based on OR size chart I would be a size medium with my measurements of 36,28,37. I first ordered the medium but it was way too big. I'm glad I returned it for a size small because it fits much better. I'm 5'8" and 140 lbs. The sleeves are on the bulky side especially up by my triceps. It feels a little bulky when layered under my shell but I don't plan to layer it very often since it's waterproof already. It's lightweight but still warm enough for me. I ordered the Trillium color which is a bright pink.
