Bought at Outlet and found wo days later for $49.00 less and no sales tax elsewhere (plus free shipping). Had used three $20.00 REi gift certificates I was awarded during the spend $100 get a $20 gift card promotion. Tried to cancel order (had not received yet) no luck. REI refuses to refund the $20 gift cards if I return the bike rack. Worst experience ever with REI. So much for 100% satisfaction guarantee. I was asking for a refund before I even took delivery of the product. No luck. I understand REI does not price match. I get that. I was just wanting a full refund. Now I am out $60.00 in gift certificates that I was awarded when I spent $400 on Christmas gifts in November.
