The REI Member Dividend
The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.
Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.
Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.

Comments about Wilderness Systems Tsunami 165 Kayak with Rudder:
Had been waiting a long time to save up enough to buy a Tsunami 165. I bought a 160 used on line and it's a great boat...a little tight, that's why I wanted a 165. So I ordered a 165.
I picked this one up today and went right to the bay with some friends for a paddle. The boat itself was awesome. The upgrades to the lower seat were really substantial but I don't know what WS was thinking when they went with the lumbar support instead of a regular seat back. I've had a Tsunami 125 for the past 2 years and the phase 3 seat in it was the most comfortable seat I've ever tried. They really missed the bar by cheaping out with this lumbar band. Myself and both of my friends tried paddling this boat and none of us could find a way to make this comfortable. Regardless of how you adjust it, the band ends up down near your but and offers NO support for your back. I've been searching on line to see if I can find parts to modify it up to an Airpro Tour standard which would be more in line with the old style phase 3 seats but so far no luck. I'm afraid to say that this boat might be headed back to REI which is a real shame.
Again, it's a great boat and the lower half of the seat is terrific but it has absolutely no back support and makes for a long day.
