    Merrell Pace Glove 2 Cross-Training Shoes - Women's is rated 4.2857 out of 5 by 21.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love them I have a somewhat odd shaped foot, wide at the ball with an extremely narrow heel and ankle. I also have a pretty high arch so for years I have been looking for shoes to support them. I wanted to try barefoot shoes for a while, but I am not a fan of the five fingered look, and I was convinced that I needed the shock absorption from thick soled cushy shoes. I was skeptical that they would be comfortable but when I saw these shoes I decided to give them a shot. I love them. They fit perfectly. Perfectly. There is a bit of elastic along the top that really pulls the shoe snugly against your foot. It is light and almost feels like a sock or slipper only with a super gippy bottom. I also have unreasonably hot feet when I work out, but that hasn't been a problem with these shoes. I just hope the antimicrobial treatment hangs in there a while. A word to the wise, even if you normally stroll around barefoot or with minimal shoes on, I do think you need to be careful when you first get these. Ease into runs and work outs. My feet didn't need to adjust as much as the supporting muscles in my legs and bum. Great shoe. I'm actually going to pick at least one more pair to hold in reserves for when I wear this pair out and I think I may actually get the other color to wear when working in the garden.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better than former models!!! Had to buy. New pair after I used my last pair into the ground. Last pair I bought a half a size larger. This year with a wider toe area I bought my normal size and they were perfect!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazingly Comfortable I love these shoes. I was an avid Merrell wearer until they introduced QForm, but since these didn't have the QForm I thought I would give them a try. I am so glad I did. They have the same fit as other Merrells and are so comfortable. I'm on my feet all day and at the end of the day my feet aren't sore or tired. I've never had another pair of shoes that could do that. I have worn them hiking across a lot of different terrains and they are great on all surfaces, except wet rocks (very slippery). They dry really quickly if they get wet or you need to hand wash them. I saw reviews that stated these are wider than the original Pace Glove, they may be, but for anyone who wears Merrells get your regular size in these and they will fit just the same.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good all around shoes I had a pair of five fingers for a couple years. They were wearing out, so decided to try the Merrell pace glove. I like the minimalist style. I use them for running on pavement and trails, classes at the gym, and weight training. They are a little big around the toe area, and I had to get used to them when moving side to side in bootcamp style classes. They move around on my foot a bit more than the 5 fingers, but I've adjusted to them. I've had no problem running in them. They seem a bit slippery when they are wet. Again not bad, just have to be aware if running outside in the rain. Overall I really like the shoe and would buy another pair when these run out.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Too big! I love the pace glove, I've been buying them for a couple of years now. Can't complain about the shoe other than the change in sizing. I don't know what happened but I've bought 8.5 every time, naturally I bought this shoe last Saturday in 8.5 online. Imagine my surprise when I tried them on this morning to find it a full size too big! Merrell, what happened? Will return for a new size and hope it fits...

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty good. I wear my Pace Glove 2s as often as I can, because they encourage good alignment and walking/running/standing form. I wear them on "jean day" at work, while lifting weights, and while running (pavement and treadmill). I haven't been trail running in them yet. They really are so comfortable! However, there is a spot around each toe where the top meets the sole where the adhesive seems to be coming apart. I'm a bit worried about that; I'm concerned that the separation is going to keep spreading. Also, I've noticed that they are pretty slippery on tile if they are wet. Overall, though, I am very pleased with these shoes. They have alleviated a lot of the back and knee pain I was having before.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor fit Had to return. This shoe was purchased for walking and I did not feel it would give me any traction or support to ease the task.
