Comments about Yakima KingPin 4 Bike Hitch Rack - 2012 Closeout:

I did a lot of shopping and found this product to be the best price. It was fairly simple to put together and install onto my car. I used it once and wasn't comfortable with the movement. The arm that fits into the tow hitch doesn't expand and so there is some give and take. I'm sure it's safe and would have stayed in place, but I didn't like the feeling that there was so much movement going on back there. I ended up purchasing another Yakima (for a lot more money) that has an expandable arm once it's inserted into the tow hitch. There's no movement and I feel safer.

    Service and delivery comments:

Delivery, as always, from REI was excellent. Returning the product was cumbersome but I had no problems.
