Comments about Keen Florence II Flip-Flops - Women's - 2012 Closeout:
I wear a 7.5 and ordered an 8.0 because of other reviews. The straps turned out to be so tight that I could hardly get my foot in (though I have a slender foot), and they were placed so far back that even when I managed to get my foot in all the way, I had room in front of my toes and my heel was hanging off the back. Seems like a bad batch. I returned them for a refund.

Comments about Keen Florence II Flip-Flops - Women's - 2012 Closeout:
The straps on these shoes are EXTREMELY tight initially, so much so that I couldn't get my foot in all the way and my heel was sticking out from the end of the shoe. Awkward. But they loosened up after an hour or two of wear (which included walking a mile or so), and now they fit fine, though they are maybe a tiny bit short. They could possibly be a bit on the narrow side too, if you have wider feet - my feet are of average width, and these shoes fit snugly, but they're not too tight.
I like that they're on the classy side, for flip-flops. I try to mostly own shoes that can be worn with both casual and slightly dressy outfits, but it's hard to find flip-flops that fit that bill and are well-made and durable to boot. These strike a nice balance in all of these areas - the leather looks classy and the detailing dresses them up a bit, but they still look fine with shorts and a t-shirt too.
