Comments about Wilderness Systems Tarpon 100 Sit-On-Top Kayak - 2012/2013:

I purchased this kayak specifically for a 5-day, 61 mile paddle down the Pecos River with 9 of my friends. The Tarpon 100 easily held all my food and camping gear and performed well all five days. Even though I tumped out in a couple of the rougher rapids, my gear stayed put and the boat stayed solid. I can't say the same for my paddles, though. The only thing I want to try to improve is the seals around the hatches so that they will not leak as much when water is coming over the bow or when the boat is upside down. I don't know if it is possible but, if so, it would be even nicer.
