- Sandals have a 0mm heel-to-ball drop to encourage a more natural gait and provide a better ground feel
- Synthetic leather strap uppers are lightweight, flexible and resistant to stretching when wet
- Neoprene/spandex linings protect feet from chafing
- Neoprene padding at heel strap provides comfort; instep and toe straps are adjustable and secure with rip-and-stick closures
- DeepDish™ 3-D-contoured EVA footbeds are compression-molded
- 6mm thick EVA midsoles provide cushioning for long-distance walks or new exploration of minimalist shoes
- Forefeet are equipped with injection-molded flex plates to protect feet from uneven terrain
- Vibram® rubber, non-marking outsoles with 3mm lug pattern provide superb traction on wet and dry surfaces

Only negative is the little ridge on the sole that is supposed to be between your toes and foot is a little to far back for my feet, sometimes it feels like the ball of my foot is on a bump.
