it has a slender fit. with the tapered pleats the shirt was flattering but if you are in between sizes I would order up. I ordered the M and have small waist but medium shoulders. I dont think the small would have fit my waist but the M fit my shoulders just fine. also, the sleeves are also snug so if you have larger/thick arms this style would not be for you.
